Our CrossFit training program is based on Glassman's description of Fitness: CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
At Z9 Indios, we program daily workouts which focus on the following domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
